If you are not satisfied for any reason, the item can be returned within 180 days of delivery and we will pay the return shipping (free returns apply to US customers only).
International orders can be returned within 180 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping fees.
Please note we do not have the ability to refund any VAT, GST, Duty, Tax, handling fees, customs clearance charges and/or other costs associated with the shipment that your home country may charge upon delivery. However, depending on the country, custom authorities may refund import fees with proof of return.
If import taxes are not paid and custom authorities destroy the package or it is not returned to us then no refund will be provided.
