Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours. For Domestic orders we offer free Standard Shipping for delivery anywhere in the USA in 2-5 days (up to 6 days for very remote locations). Express shipping upgrades are also available.
Very Important:
1. Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for items not delivered due to an incorrect address. Of course we will make every effort to retrieve the package but that is rarely possible. Please make sure all street numbers, apartment or unit numbers and zip codes are correct.
2. If you live in an area where the delivery point is clearly visible from the street, in a highly traveled area, or in an area where package theft has previously occurred, please consider having the package held for pickup at your Post Office (https://www.usps.com/manage/hold-mail.htm). Neither we nor the Shipping Service are responsible for a package after a shipment has been successfully delivered at the customer provided address and insurance claims will be denied.
International Delivery:
International Shipments will be sent using DHL to most countries. We offer USPS First Class International to Canada, Australia, Japan, New Zealand and many European countries, however, for speed and safety we recommend DHL.
International Customers please check your local laws before purchase. Some countries, such as South Africa, place restrictions on private ownership of meteorites. As far as we know, Canada, Australia and all of Europe have no such restrictions, but we recommend you double check.
Any customs duty/import fees is the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping charges. If any VAT, GST, Duty, Tax, handling fees, customs clearance charges and/or other costs associated with the shipment that your home country may charge upon delivery are not paid by the customer and custom authorities destroy the package or it is not returned to us then no refund will be provided.
