If your tracking number is marked as delivered but your package is not there, do not panic. In this situation, the package is ultimately recovered/received in the vast majority of cases. There are some steps that we recommend that you take to speed up receipt of your order.

First, please confirm your shipping address on your order confirmation. Often times missing information or a mis-typed digit in the street number, zip code, unit number etc can cause a misdelivery.
Second, please check with your immediate neighbors if possible. It’s rare, but occasionally during sorting a postal carrier will inadvertently put a package in the wrong street number. When this happens it is almost always the street numbers next-door.

Third, and this is the most likely explanation, occasionally the Postal Service will scan packages delivered one or two days before they actually deliver them. We see this happen a lot, therefore if the address is correct then 9 times out of 10 the package will turn up within 3 business days. If it does not, I recommend giving your post office a quick call or visit. Make sure to call your local post office and NOT the USPS 800 number.

If the package still does not show up after the above, then the only other explanation is package theft/porch piracy. Unfortunately, porch piracy has become more common, especially if your packages are delivered in an area that is highly traveled and very visible from the street.

Please note, after a package has been successfully delivered neither we nor the Postal Service are responsible for anything that happens after delivery. We also cannot be held responsible for a package that was delivered to a customer provided incorrect address. Any order returned to us by the Postal Service can be reshipped at no additional cost.
